Little Kait....you Brace face! ;o)

Kaitlin is such a fun girl to have around! We love her so much! She is now 14 years old and headed to 9th grade in the fall. I can not believe how fast they grow! She is a shorty though only 5'1" with little sister Megan passing her up already! That is why I call her Little Kait!

Kaitlin will be trying out for Jordan High Schools girls volleyball this year, she is pretty excited about it. I am hoping to get her some private lessons over the summer to help her reach her goal. She has never played competitively before only at the rec. center so some things she won't know but she is really good and strong at serving the ball! In fact her severs are so hard and wonderful that in rec vb the kids on the other side of the net were scared of the ball when she would serve so she got lots of ace serve! She loves volleyball as much as Emily and one day will be a volleyball Super Star!

Kaitlin is a great student and has been on the Honor Roll since 6th grade, that is every quarter since 6th grade! She is in resource and is on a 7-8 grade reading level but she works her butt off and I am amazed at the improvements she has made since the beginning of Middle School! It is good for Kait to still be in the middle school for 9th too! Hoping she can continue to progress at the rate she is! Thanks to all the wonderful resource teacher that have helped her along the way and to those that will be helping through out her high school career!
